If you'd like to talk about company formation, accounting, payroll, or advisory work, get in touch and we'll arrange a time. An initial conversation usually takes around 30 minutes, and there's no charge for it. You don't need to have your question fully formed, and you don't need to bring documents to the first call.

What to include in your enquiry
A short description of the business is enough to start. Nothing here is a formality we check before replying — it just lets us put the right person on the answer.
The business
What it does, whether it is already incorporated, and what you are trying to solve. If it is a trading company, a line on what it sells and where its customers are helps us frame the rest.
If you are forming a company
Let us know the proposed name and whether you have a registered office address in mind. If you are undecided on share structure or directors, say so — that is part of the conversation, not a prerequisite for it.
If it is accounting or payroll
Mention your headcount and roughly how many transactions run through the business each month. Approximate figures are fine. If you already have an accountant, note when the current engagement ends.
What happens after you send a message
We read every enquiry and respond with a proposed time to talk. If your question can be answered by email, we will do that rather than push for a call. Where the matter falls outside what we do, we will tell you and, if we can, point you toward the right type of adviser.
The same applies to enquiries about company formation, accounting, payroll or advisory work: we would rather tell you early that something is not ours to handle than take a meeting that goes nowhere.
- First We read the enquiry and reply with a proposed time. If email will settle it, we answer by email instead of booking a call.
- Then The first conversation runs about 30 minutes and there is no charge for it. You do not need documents, and you do not need a settled question.
- After If it is not work we take on, we say so plainly and suggest the kind of adviser better suited to it. Nothing is carried forward without your say-so.
Existing clients
If you are already working with us and need something urgent, phone is faster than email. For routine matters, your usual contact is the right route, and they will bring in whoever else needs to be involved.
If you are not sure who that is, call the main number and say what the matter concerns — payroll, accounts, a filing, or something else. It gets routed from there.

Your data
Information you send through this form or by email is used to respond to your enquiry. We do not share it with third parties for marketing purposes, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking. How personal data is handled is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Before you get in touch
Do I need to prepare anything before the first call?
No. The first conversation is to understand the situation, not to audit it. If it turns out we need figures or documents to answer properly, we will ask for them afterwards and tell you exactly what is missing.
Can you take on a company that already has an accountant?
Yes, and it is a common starting point. Tell us when the current engagement ends and whether the accounts are up to date. Where a handover is needed, we will explain what to ask your existing adviser for so nothing is left behind.
What if my question is outside what Crownfield does?
We will say so rather than take the work on. Where we can, we will point you toward the kind of adviser better suited to it — that answer is worth more to us than a meeting that leads nowhere.
How quickly will I hear back?
The office is staffed Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Enquiries that arrive during those hours are read the same working day where possible; anything after hours is picked up on the next working day. If a filing deadline is close, put that in the message and it moves up the queue.
Still deciding what to ask? Look through the service pages first and bring whichever question survives the reading. You can also read more About Us, or go straight to Services to see the full range of corporate services enquiries we handle.
