Data we collect
We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, company name, email address, phone number, and the content of your enquiry. If you engage us for services, we also process the information needed to provide them, which may include financial records, payroll data, and identification documents required for statutory filings.
How we use your data
Personal data is used to respond to enquiries, provide the services you have engaged us for, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and maintain our own business records. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.
Legal basis for processing
Processing is carried out on the basis of your consent where you have provided information through an enquiry, on the basis of contract where we are providing services, and on the basis of legal obligation where we are required to retain or report information, for example in connection with tax and company filing requirements.
Sharing and disclosure
We may share information with third parties where necessary to provide services, for example with HMRC or Companies House, or with software providers who host our systems. We require those providers to handle data appropriately. We may also disclose information where required by law or in connection with legal proceedings.
Retention
Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to deal with the enquiry and for a reasonable period afterwards. Client records are retained for the period required by applicable professional and legal obligations, including tax and company law. When data is no longer needed, it is deleted or anonymised.
